1. Acceptance
By using growthlineagency.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Services
GrowthLine builds websites and digital products on a fixed-price basis. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal signed by both parties.
3. Quotes and proposals
Pricing displayed on the site is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal and does not change unless the scope changes in writing.
4. Payment
Projects begin after a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and launch. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
5. Ownership
Upon final payment, you own the website code, content, and design we deliver. We may retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included with every package. Additional revisions are billed transparently at an agreed rate.
7. Hosting and domains
Domains and hosting are paid directly by the client and remain under the client's ownership.
8. Liability
GrowthLine is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
